The project at a glance
As part of its deployment of SAP in France and Switzerland, a retailer commissioned Hardis Group to carry out an impact assessment and provide change-management support as a way to increase buy-in and accelerate uptake of the new ERP system.
Deploying SAP involves a major organizational and process overhaul, as well as significant changes to employees’ routine activities. As well as supporting the client with these adjustments, the Hardis Group team used innovative approaches such as co-development, game storming (Lego® Serious Play®), and collective intelligence to embed a culture of change and accelerate uptake of the system.
