Through its Reflex Academy e-learning platform, Reflex Logistics Solutions provides online training for users of the Reflex logistics management software suite, allowing clients to quickly deepen their understanding of Reflex while learning at a time and pace to suit them.
Grenoble, October 14, 2020 – Hardis Group, a consulting firm, digital services company and independent software vendor, announces that its Reflex Logistics Solutions division has launched Reflex Academy, an e-learning platform for users of the Reflex logistics management software suite. The platform features two courses, both designed to help users get the most out of Reflex. The courses, developed over several years with input from Reflex trainers and e-learning experts, are available in English and French, continuously updated, and accessible from anywhere and at any time using a simple web browser. Learners can progress at their own pace, with content that combines theory, practical exercises and evaluation quizzes.
Content designed and continuously updated by Reflex experts
The Reflex Academy e-learning platform features two courses:
- The “initial training” course covers the key concepts and features of the Reflex suite and contains over 25 short modules, each focusing on a specific operational theme (receipt, order preparation, inventory, etc.). The modules include practical exercises and role-plays to help learners understand the concepts, as well as quizzes—containing three to five questions, with correct answers given instantly—so that users can evaluate their progress.
- The “configuration training” course explains how to configure over 120 different settings, including details of the order in which they should be carried out. The content is tailored to the complexity of each configuration action, ranging from tutorials to videos, full modules, and more.
The courses, in English and French, are regularly enriched and updated to keep track of changes to the Reflex suite.
Immersive, customizable courses designed with fun in mind
The courses are designed to promote independent learning as users quickly build their Reflex skills. Learners are in charge of their own progress, with real-time progress indicators as they work through the courses. Upon completion of both courses, learners receive a certificate. There is no limit on the number of times users can access the platform, so learners can return to brush up their knowledge and search for a specific key word using the built-in search engine.
The courses are designed to be fun and immersive, and the theory and practical case studies are delivered by just four people: the functional consultant, the operations manager, the logistics expert and the technical expert.
Automotive manufacturer Renault was among the first users of Reflex Academy. “Our users have responded extremely positively to the modules on offer,” said Philippe Lejeune, Change Manager for Renault’s Flow’r project. “They appreciate the fact that they can complete the initial training course at their own pace, steadily gaining new skills and knowledge as they progress. The look and feel is modern, well-paced and varied enough to keep operators interested and engaged. We’re looking forward to seeing more content added to the platform.”
Reflex Academy is available on an annual subscription basis depending on the number of users. It offers unlimited access from a simple web browser.
