- This acquisition gives Hardis Group a leading position in Spain, where Sislog has built a solid reputation in the warehouse management software (WMS) segment.
- The acquisition will enable Hardis Group to accelerate its growth in the Iberian Peninsula.
Grenoble, Madrid, March 1st, 2023 - Hardis Group, a consulting firm, digital services company, Salesforce pure player and independent software vendor for the logistics industry, announces the acquisition of Sislog, a division of Atos specializing in the development of software solutions for optimizing warehouse and procurement process-related logistics operations. This external growth operation is in line with its strategy to become a European leader in supply chain execution solutions.
Strengthening Hardis Group's presence in the Iberian Peninsula
Sislog, founded in 1998, has close to 100 customers and 400 implementations of its warehouse management solution in Spain, Portugal, and South America, mainly in the distribution, consumer products, pharmaceutical and logistics service sectors. With the addition of Sislog's 60 employees, based in Madrid, Barcelona, and Bilbao, Hardis Group Iberia's team will grow to 75 people.
"Our respective teams share the same values, including a deep commitment to our customers at every stage of a project," said Yvan Coutaz, Managing Director of Hardis Group. "With this acquisition and the addition of our new colleagues from Sislog, we will have solid foundations on which to accelerate our growth in Spain and Portugal, and to further penetrate the logistics solutions market in South America."
A complementary solution to Reflex WMS
Sislog’s warehouse management solution—the market leader in Spain—is recognized for its ease of integration and use, as well as for its robustness. It will complete Hardis Group's software portfolio and could be marketed in other countries later on.
"Sislog's teams will continue to provide R&D and support" said Florent Boizard, director of the Supply Chain Solutions business unit at Hardis Group.
"This acquisition is particularly relevant for the Spanish market,” said José Porto, Operations Manager at Hardis Group Iberia. “Sislog WMS will complement Reflex WMS, allowing Hardis Group to cater to all market segments, from SMEs to multinational companies."
"Hardis Group's management team has demonstrated its commitment to customer satisfaction and its leadership in the logistics software market," said Julia Vilaplana, Director of Sislog. "We look forward to joining forces with Reflex Logistics to create added value for our customers as well as for our teams."
