This partnership is part of an approach to improve clients' operational performance and create value using cutting-edge innovative technologies. It paves the way for process automation combined with artificial intelligence in a bid to reduce lead times (and costs) for handling repetitive tests and improve quality of service to companies' internal and external customers. At first, this new offering will target businesses in logistics, insurance and financial services sectors.
RPA: automate repetitive, low-value-added tasks

Supporting change management
Through this partnership, Hardis Group will offer services ranging from project design - to determine the changes to be made in the organization and identify processes to review and those eligible for automation - through to deploying the UiPath platform, calculating return on investment (ROI) and change management. "In this type of project, managing change is even more important than in other IT projects. RPA technologies lead to significant organizational and cultural changes which need to be supported", explains Jérôme Blanchard.
The sectors targeted as a priority are logistics, insurance and financial services, where the digital services company has recognized expertise in strategic and business challenges.
