Orisha - Openbravo has implemented an indirect sales policy, drawing on a network of partners as it looks to accelerate its growth in France, especially in the mid-market segment. The software vendor has signed a partnership deal with Hardis Group, which will now act as a distributor and integrator of Openbravo’s point-of-sale management and customer experience improvement applications.

Lille, France, May 19, 2022 – Openbravo, the Spanish vendor of full-web omnichannel applications for agile and innovative retail, has implemented an ambitious indirect sales policy and signed a major partnership deal with Hardis Group, a consulting and IT services company, integrator, and independent logistics software vendor specializing in accelerating digital commerce in B2B, B2C, and D2C.

Four years after opening a subsidiary in France, Orisha - Openbravo is confirming its position as the go-to provider for distribution professionals and major retail and hospitality brands. Having achieved steady growth since entering the French market and built an expanding portfolio of clients, Orisha - Openbravo is now opening an indirect sales channel through high value-added partners as it seeks to establish an even stronger presence in France. Under this arrangement, Orisha - Openbravo handles software development and hosting, while its partners provide integration and consulting services. Hardis Group has signed a Business Alliance agreement that formalizes its partnership with Orisha - Openbravo.

As part of its strategy to accelerate transformation in retail, Hardis Group recently launched a new Digital Commerce business line to help companies all along the digital commerce value chain. The company offers comprehensive support—from omnichannel strategy consulting through to the integration and operation of composable information systems—to businesses looking to take their digital commerce operations to the next level. Hardis Group’s decision to integrate Orisha - Openbravo's unified commerce platform is consistent with this strategy, bringing retailers the benefits of a seamless application.

Hardis Group opted for Orisha - Openbravo’s cloud-based platform on account of its ability to cater to the challenges of omnichannel retail, promote collaboration, and improve the customer experience. The partnership also builds on the two companies’ shared values, such as developing mobile, intuitive solutions that let users focus on the essentials (their business, agility, and operational performance).

More and more retailers are choosing us for our powerful omnichannel platform, our capacity for innovation, and the promise of an enhanced customer experience that’s agile, seamless, and omnichannel,” said Christophe Dubuis, Sales Director France & North Europe at Orisha - Openbravo. “At present, Orisha - Openbravo manages key accounts and strategic retail accounts directly. But we needed to team up with partner integrators with strong business expertise in retail in order to continue targeting the mid-market segment. This partnership with Hardis Group reflects our shared determination and builds on successful collaboration on several projects to date.

Our team is looking forward to tackling new challenges with Openbravo,” said Yohann Durand, Director of Hardis Group’s Ile-de-France and North agency. “We’re confident that this collaboration will be a success, since it brings together specialists with high-end expertise in a buoyant market. Openbravo’s solutions cater to the challenges of retail and e-commerce, allowing us to offer components that were missing from our existing products and services. What’s more, these latest-generation tools will empower retailers to better manage their sales, clients, and inventory, with a more granular, real-time overview.”
